Enriched action plans #

Views and fields #

The /actions page provides Table, Kanban and Calendar views plus a personal iCalendar subscription. An action includes title, owner, priority, progress, due date and status, enriched with:

• ticket number and URL;
• structured origin: audit, risk, non-conformity, incident, control, review, regulatory or other;
• type: technical, organizational, human, physical, contractual or other;
• frameworks and requirements;
• linked audit findings and compliance results;
• values for organization-defined custom fields.

Required business source #

Risk is optional. An action must still have at least one valid source: risk, control, non-conformity or a structured origin other than OTHER. Cross-organization relationships are rejected.

Custom columns #

Administrators manage definitions under Settings → Action columns. Supported types are text, number, date, boolean, list and URL, with order, visibility and required status. See Custom columns.

Non-conformities and evidence #

Relationships to audit findings and compliance results are bidirectional. The non-conformity retains its CAPA workflow; the action plan carries execution, owners, due dates and evidence.

Good practices #

Use a precise origin, validate ticket URLs, avoid duplicates and maintain evidence. One shared action may address several findings if scope and accountability remain clear.
